Founder’s Story — Vani Venugopal
TINYKIDS Preschool Piravom is the vision of Vani Venugopal, an educator who strongly believes that the earliest years of a child’s life deserve real care, patience, and encouragement.
The preschool is located in Piravom, and it has been part of the local learning community for over 12 years. Over time, Vani has been closely associated with its journey, helping guide the environment in which children learn and grow.
Her academic path actually began in engineering. Vani completed her B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and later went on to earn an M.Tech in Power Systems. After that, she worked as an Assistant Professor in various engineering colleges from 2015 to 2022. During those years she spent a lot of time teaching and mentoring students, and that is when she started noticing how naturally she connected with young learners.
But something else slowly began to shape her thinking.
From 2020 onwards, she started working more closely with early childhood learning. And that is where a bigger realization came in. The thing is, a child’s confidence, curiosity, and personality often begin forming much earlier than most people expect — long before formal schooling starts.
That understanding gradually pulled her deeper into early childhood education. It felt like the place where she could make a more meaningful difference.
Today, through TINYKIDS Preschool Piravom, Vani continues that journey. Her vision is quite simple. She wants children to grow in a safe, joyful, and stimulating environment where they feel loved, supported, and genuinely excited to learn every day.
As both an educator and a mentor, she also understands something parents think about a lot. Trust.
At TINYKIDS, she focuses on making sure every child receives patience, warmth, and individual attention. The goal is not just early learning. It is also about helping children build confidence, creativity, and kindness as they grow.
For Vani, TINYKIDS is more than a preschool. It is a place where little learners begin their journey with happiness, curiosity, and strong values.
And for parents, it becomes a place where they can feel comfortable knowing their child is growing in safe and capable hands.
